Small Actions - Big Shifts
Because often, that’s all we need: not a full pivot, but a tiny nudge in the right direction

Why Tiller Talks
The name Tiller Talks was born from a simple but powerful metaphor — one that comes from the world of sailing.

For those not familiar with this sailing term, a tiller is the small handle on a sailboat that connects to the rudder. With just a gentle shift, it can change the entire direction of the boat.
My husband frequently reminds me when we are under sail “Small movements at the tiller make big changes in the course.”
That philosophy is at the heart of Tiller Talks Productions.
I believe that meaningful change doesn’t always come from sweeping transformations. Often, the most powerful shifts — in leadership, in career, in life — start with small, intentional adjustments. A new perspective. A changed habit. A fresh insight. Just a nudge in the right direction.

Tiller Talks exists to help people and organizations find those small moments of clarity — the tiny course corrections that, over time, lead to big impact. I’m not here to hand you a playbook or pretend to have all the answers. But I can share my own lived career and life experiences to help you control your tiller, make your own adjustments, and navigate with greater purpose.

Because sometimes, all it takes is one thoughtful movement at the tiller — and the whole journey changes course.
